Graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University
in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration. Licensed to operate as
solicitor of law since January 1994 upon the passing of the
solicitor examination and adoption by the Bar Self-government the
resolution regarding the entry in the register of solicitors under
the designation Bd P – 150. Worked in the Public Prosecutor’s office
in the years 1989-1992 where he completed prosecutor’s training.
Employed in the Tax Office in Piła from May 1992 to June 1998, in
the capacity of a solicitor from 1994. Simultaneously employed as a
solicitor in the Tax Office in Wałcz. From May 1998 till November
2002 self-employed as a solicitor at law working with other
solicitors in a private partnership named Kancelaria Radców Prawnych
Nojek, Krokos i Wspólnicy s.c. with the seat in Piła, al. Wojska
Polskiego 12/3. Since August 2002 has been running his own office
named Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Marek Krokos with the seat in Piła,
al. Wojska Polskiego 12/3.
Since 1992 a free-lance member of the Self-government Appeals Court
in Piła. Also a member of supervisory boards of commercial law
companies. Graduate of European Law School. Specialises in fiscal
law, labour law, commercial law and penal law. Well-prepared for and
experienced in rendering service for various entities, especially
commercial law companies as is confirmed by his earlier experience
in the capacity of an employee of public authority offices such as
tax office, local authority offices, co-owner of a private
partnership of a legal office, and currently as an owner of a legal
office.
